Lofts at Brighton Beech

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Once the home of Chase Brass and Copper, the building stood vacant for years until purchased by Wolfinger Enterprises. One of the last projects designed by Bill Durkee of Lorenzi Dodds and Gunnill Architects before his untimely death, this old warehouse was converted to multi-level condominiums. A signature Durkee design always included color in 3 coat PPG DURANAR®, multiple operational types, high performance glazing, and a blend of the old and the new. Although a relatively small project, it stands as a testament to our company’s readiness to perform regardless of project size.
